Lovely place with excellent service and great ambience. We were staying here in our family trip, in the room 103. The room is very clean, comfortable and looks freshly new. The shower - one of the best I had during my hundreds of accommodations. Clean, great water pressure, with various water jets positions.
The dinner and the breakfast are good, made from quality products and the dining room is big enough.
Special thanks go to Sylvia who did provide an excellent and personal service, while accommodating our requests and really going above and beyond.
Fab view of the iron mountain and mountain ridges. Lovely self service buffet for breakfast and evening meal. Maybe midday meal as well.

Overall we are satisfied with the hotel. It is in beautiful environment among the mountains. The team there is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the stay and hopefully we can go back soon.

Nobody was aggressive, we explained what our booking was about several times, but you had a mess of information, you could not correctly verify the component of our price, the employees were not able to correctly provide you with information about our situation. The room was not the one offered to us when we were presented with the offer. I booked a room for 4 people with an indication that the child is sleeping with us. If you do not have adapted beds for sleeping with a child, you should inform us about it. Sauna: Your employee told me it was under repair. He misled me and prevented me from using it, I was deceived and angrily treated by your team. I will never come back to you and I am not able to say after your mistakes that I should never come back to you? You should apologize to me for your behavior, unpleasant comments on our address.
